Monthly Bureau

My Bureau stands in the corner of my bedroom. It has become a forever changing miniature museum for my collections. I am obsessed with organising, with displaying and arranging things in it.

Each month for one year I will photograph the bureau with a different themed collection. It is my way of ordering the bits and bobs that I have been collecting for the last 15 years. They have come from various sources including charity shops, the local flea market and things that I have picked up on my travels. Monthly Bureau is my way of documenting and categorising these items and establishing some order into what sometimes feels like chaos.
